Example: a drainage route changed several times, requiring additional excavation, fittings, labour and plant.

Detailed programme comparison, concurrency analysis, EOT preparation and complex prolongation may require a bespoke fixed fee.

I'll tell you before starting. More involved work may fall under Enhanced Variation, Delay & Disruption or a bespoke fixed fee. Nothing is automatically upgraded or charged.
