What’s included in a revision?
Reasonable amendments to the same underlying submission, such as clarifying information or responding to feedback. If new events, significant new evidence or materially different scope are introduced, I’ll confirm any additional fee before proceeding.
Is my first variation really free?
Yes. New clients can try one Standard Variation submission free of charge. If the submission falls outside the Standard scope, I'll review it first and confirm the price before doing any chargeable work.
What if I send something more complicated than a £49 variation?
I'll tell you before starting. More involved work may fall under Enhanced Variation, Delay & Disruption or a bespoke fixed fee. Nothing is automatically upgraded or charged.
What information do I need to send?
Send whatever you have - instruction, emails, WhatsApps, photos, dayworks, labour, plant, material costs or relevant contract information. I'll let you know if anything important is missing.
Can I send everything by WhatsApp?
Yes. The service is deliberately designed to be simple. Send your information directly by email or WhatsApp.
Do you provide programme analysis?
Basic programme-impact narrative can be included where appropriate. Detailed programme comparison, concurrency analysis or EOT preparation falls under complex commercial support and will be quoted separately.
Can you help with rejected variations?
Yes. Straightforward responses may fall under Enhanced Variation. Larger disputes requiring substantial evidence or contractual analysis will be reviewed and quoted first.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No. Pay-as-you-go work has no ongoing commitment, and the monthly plan can be cancelled.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. Straightforward submissions use the published prices. If something is more complex, you'll receive a fixed price before any chargeable work begins.
